How It Works

Lordina Training Institute trains diagnostic professionals through a dual model: structured instruction in our specialist laboratories, followed by supervised clinical placement with our hospital partner. This page explains the route from first enquiry to qualified practitioner.

Our Learning Pathways

1. Campus & Laboratory Training

You begin on campus, learning the underlying science and practising on the same diagnostic equipment used in clinical settings. Teaching is delivered by qualified instructors across our four training hubs, with small group laboratory sessions alongside theory.

2. Clinical Placement

You then move into a live clinical environment through our partnership with Mikindani Hospital, applying laboratory skills to real patients under supervision and building the documented case experience employers look for.

Enrolling at Lordina — four steps

1. Choose your department. Decide which area of diagnostics you want to train in — Neurophysiology, Surgical & Sleep Monitoring, Cardiopulmonary & Imaging, or Audiology & Vestibular Sciences.

4. Begin training and placement. Start laboratory-based instruction on campus, then progress to supervised clinical placement.

Where you will train

• Neurophysiology hub — EEG, EMG, nerve conduction and evoked potentials.
• Surgical & sleep monitoring hub — intraoperative neuromonitoring and polysomnography.
• Cardiopulmonary & imaging hub — ECG, echocardiography, lung function and diagnostic imaging.
• Audiology & vestibular hub — audiometry, tympanometry and balance assessment.
